Working with your team and our leaders, you will- Own the creation and delivery of an effective learning framework for leadership & behavioural development at Yorkshire Water, actively evolving the approach to reflect internal insight and emerging practice externally. Lead a multi-skilled team of development practitioners and administrators, coaching, encouraging, and inspiring them to be at their best Lead the scoping, design, planning, delivery, and evaluation of Leadership learning interventions, targeting the needs and requirements of key colleague segments (from individual contributor through to Executive) at different life stages Partner with colleagues working on other people programmes (e.g. Culture Development, Talent Management, Equality, Diversity & Inclusion) and cross business learning & change initiatives to ensure a joined-up approach and offering to the business. Lead the development of Yorkshire Waters approach to coaching, mentoring and diagnostic tools (e.g. psychometrics, group dynamics, 360 feedback, capability assessment), ensuring solutions have strategic and cultural fit, and are integrated into the blended learning offering. Be part of the transformation of our learning offer at Yorkshire Water, evolving our learning strategy, curriculum and operating model to meet the future needs of the business Skills, experience and qualifications you will need Experience working in a large-scale organisation in an Organisational Development or Learning & Development setting, or in a consultancy working with corporate clients. Significant experience in leadership development and behavioural change with expertise across the full learning cycle for individuals and teams from Executive downwards. Strong expertise across a blended learning model (e.g. facilitated face-to-face and virtual delivery, coaching, mentoring, self-directed learning and work-based practice) and in integrating diagnostic. Experience of integrating curated and digital learning solutioins. An up-to-date, highly credible approach based on active continuous professional development, using emerging practice and be well networked in your profession. To have managed external learning partners and managed learning budgets in line with plan. Previous experience of leading a team and its work; including planning and managing a full curriculum, and coaching a diverse team of experienced professionals. Excellent all-round communication skills, and be an experienced facilitator with a responsive delivery style. To be purposeful in your work, able to get things done at pace and can be adaptable as things change. You will also benefit from having: CIPD Qualification/Membership level 5 or above Qualified in coaching at Level 5 or above LM or CMI Leadership & Management Qualification Experience of psychometrics and/or qualified in some assessment tools Experience working with SuccessFactors Learning/SAP Excellent IT skills, particularly in visual presentation A full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel across Yorkshire as required.
