We understand that every project has varied requirements, and our in-house designers are able to seamlessly integrate with the existing professional team, working collaboratively to provide everything from full design and build to light touch coordination, always retaining design intent.
Your focus will be…
On-site operations:
* Assisting in the review of tenders and providing input into tender returns.
* Reviewing subcontractor designs to ensure compliance with sustainability certifications such as BREEAM, WELL, LEED, and NABERS.
* Leading regular design workshops to ensure compliance with certifications.
* Reporting on project progress towards achieving building certifications, highlighting any risks and opportunities to improve.
* Developing social value plans and putting forward opportunities.
* Identifying opportunities for material reuse and low carbon materials to present to the client teams.
* Building strong relationships with client professional teams.
Strategic focuses:
* Identifying low carbon innovations in the market.
* Improving supply chain sustainability compliance and performance.
* Researching market factors that will influence the industry and the business (e.g., government policy changes, new certification updates, etc.).
You will bring to the table…
* Relevant degree in sustainability, environmental, or engineering subject.
* Experience working on WELL projects (preferred but not essential).
* Experience working on-site.
* Confident and open communication.
* Excellent writing skills.
* Confident on Excel and with data collection/analysis.
* Process-driven and organized.
