This full-time role involves working 38.5 hours per week, with shift patterns between 7:30 AM and 6:00 PM, providing flexibility to support your work-life balance. What We’re Looking For Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent) is essential. Previous experience in a nursery setting, with a proven track record in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of safeguarding procedures and early years development. Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
