Operations Coordinator
Location: Carlisle, Cumbria (Hybrid/Remote)
Working Hours: 40hrs per week, Monday - Friday, with flexibility on working times.

Due to continued growth and an exciting pipeline, we are looking for an organised and proactive Operations Coordinator to join our team and support our team with engineer scheduling and business administration.

What you’ll do
* Scheduling planned preventative maintenance (PPM), quoted works, and breakdown repairs for our engineers.
* Liaising with suppliers to procure spares, equipment, and materials as required for scheduled jobs.
* Ensuring accurate invoicing of completed works, verifying details and processing in a timely manner.
* Providing updates to clients and property managers regarding the status of ongoing and scheduled works.
* Maintaining accurate records of job progress, engineer availability, and supplier deliveries.
* Provide monthly reporting on Resource Utilisation and works completion
* Supporting the wider team with general administrative tasks as needed.
What we’re looking for
The most important qualities for this role are a proactive mindset, attention to detail, and a positive attitude. We are looking for someone who takes initiative, stays organised, and ensures tasks are completed efficiently.
Required Skills & Experience
* Demonstrable experience in scheduling, coordination & delivery of field engineering services (or similar).
* Experience utilising business operations software; CMMS, ERP, CRM etc.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload efficiently.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a professional approach to client and tenant interactions.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
It would also be great if you had any of the below;
* Experience with JobLogic job management software
* Experience utilising Acuity scheduling or appointment management software
* Experience utilising the MailChimp marketing platform
Package:
Remuneration: up to £35,000 dependant on experience
* Company Laptop
* Annual Bonus based on both personal and company performance.
* 25 Days Holiday per year, plus statutory holidays.
* Company Pension (5% ER, 3% EE contributions)
