Sayjo Recruitment Ltd are acting on behalf of a client to recruit a Showroom / Trade Counter Sales Assistant.
This is a permanent position for a bright, friendly, engaging, customer-focused individual. Our client has a lovely Tile and Bathroom showroom, open to the public and trade. They require someone to:
1. Meet and greet customers
2. Check stock and delivery dates
3. Input sales orders on the system
4. Take payments or place orders on accounts
5. Help customers to their car with goods
6. Help keep the showroom tidy
7. Move stock around to highlight promotions, end of line stock, etc.
Skills and experience required:
1. Friendly, professional, confident, and reliable
2. Good customer service skills
3. Good computer skills
4. Good math skills and common sense
5. Comfortable with some lifting and moving stock (nothing too taxing)
6. Able to work 5 days a week Mon - Sat on a rota
7. Experience working in Tiles or Bathrooms an advantage but not essential
