Administers the internal IBP plan and matures processes and procedures that support business goals. Responsibilities: Supports cross functional collaboration to drive the 5 steps of the S&OP/ IBP process (Portfolio Management Review, Demand Review, Supply Review, Integrated Reconciliation, and Management Business Review), through financial integration, focusing on demand plan valorization, inventory management and overall business target setting. Communicates with key stakeholders to identify and address client needs in a collaborative approach. Evaluates improvement efforts to increase Integrated Business Planning (IBP) maturity. Acts independently to facilitate programs and innovative initiatives for the organization to advance efficient Integrated Business Planning initiatives, with focus on: SV and CL Overall IBP process integration Portfolio Management Review. Works to achieve operational, functional, and business targets with measurable impact on results for the Integrated Business Planning area. Conducts advanced analyses of trends and the competitive landscape to continually improve the organization's supply chain strategy. Drives disruption to business models using emerging technologies whilst removing roadblocks and enabling strategic risk taking. Communicates strategically to highlight initiatives, activities, and achievements that bring positive visibility to the organization. Guides junior colleagues through consultation and mentoring in techniques and processes and provides functional (matrix) supervision. Integrates Johnson & Johnson's Credo and Leadership Imperatives into team goals and decision making.
