Our client is currently recruiting for a Sales and Administration Coordinator. Based in Aberdeen, the role is on a permanent, full-time basis.
ROLE
To ensure the compliant delivery of service in line with customer and business requirements.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Assist with inbound calls, dealing with new & existing sales enquiries.
2. Liaise with customers/suppliers and maintain good relationships.
3. Prepare and maintain waste contracts.
4. Maintain enquiry/job sheet/contract spreadsheets.
5. Data inputting.
6. Provide accurate work instructions.
7. Coordinate jobs, working with suppliers, see jobs from start to completion.
8. Hazardous waste and sampling admin/reporting.
9. Co-ordinate third party service and disposal providers.
10. Prepare quotations/follow up quotations and jobs.
11. Customer care calls and retention.
12. Prepare monthly reports and monthly accounts.
13. Help maintain and develop IMS.
14. Work to IMS policy and procedures (QHSE).
REQUIREMENTS
1. Aware of IMS policy and procedures (QHSE).
2. Have a working knowledge of waste management legislation (on job training).
3. Be familiar with MS Office applications (Excel/Word and Outlook).
4. Waste software (Purgo/ISYS).
5. Sage accounts.
