To help accelerate our work, we’re looking for 2 talented individuals to join Impression’s LaunchPad programme for 2025 These roles are open to anyone who is passionate about starting a career in digital marketing, no matter what your background is; you don’t need a degree to apply. Please note, whilst this role is a hybrid role, individuals in our early careers programme are expected to attend the office twice a week to benefit from our collaborative learning culture. We look to hire candidates who are no more than a 90 minute journey away from our office locations to ensure your personal time is protected and that you're able to travel into the office when necessary. The start date for this role will be summer 2025. The Programme Our LaunchPad programme is a carefully designed 18 month fixed term contract in which successful applicants will be placed on a pathway designed to give you everything you need to succeed in your final placement. Within each pathway, you’ll get the chance to learn the foundations across different departments, applying them to real life client situations and learn from our team of experts to help accelerate your growth. The placements you undertake will depend on the pathway you are placed on but may include: - Organic (Digital PR & SEO) - Commercial (Growth, Client Success & Marketing) - Paid (PPC, Paid Social, Programmatic) - Solutions This is a brilliant opportunity for anyone who is looking to gain a broad understanding of digital marketing or trying to work out where their passion lies At the end of the programme, you’ll undertake an assessment to determine your learnings and understand your progression. Whilst not guaranteed, there may be an opportunity for your employment to become full time at the end of the programme, depending on the business requirement and the results of your assessment. What will your day-to-day look like? This is Impression’s entry-level role. The role will support our Strategists and Specialists, delivering tasks to achieve results for Impression’s client accounts. The tasks to be delivered by this role are likely to be varied and broad within the different pathways but are likely to include; - Assisting account managers in helping to improve performance across a range of client accounts - Approaching your day-to-day role with a hardworking and an enthusiastic attitude - Continually analysing trends, identifying opportunities, and making recommendations to improve account performance, staying up to date with the latest industry news and trends - Assisting account leads with client communications - Supporting account managers in research and copywriting based tasks - Completing tasks to set deadlines, demonstrating excellent organisation and time management - Participating in individual and team training sessions and be an active contributor to team meetings and discussions - Gaining knowledge and applying it through our 70:20:10 model (70% through your experiences, 20% through exposure working with your team and 10% formalised training) - Your own independent studying and gaining industry accreditations in line with the personal development plans agreed with your line manager Who you are As part of our LaunchPad programme, we’re looking for individuals who have a real passion for digital marketing. You’ll be learning through real life experience, exposure to our expert team and through formalised training. Whilst you’re likely to be at the start of your digital career, we ask that you’re; - An excellent communicator, both verbal and written - Eager to learn and apply that knowledge - Enjoy researching and staying up to date with industry trends - Great at time keeping and managing multiple priorities - Brilliant at spotting the details - A team player - A self-starter with a proactive nature Beneficial experience may include: - Any marketing related experience is beneficial; ideally experience in digital marketing or similar (SEO, PPC, programming, PR, social, design, copywriting and editing) - Foundational knowledge of major media channels including Google, Meta (Facebook, Instagram), TikTok, Pinterest, Twitter and LinkedIn - A demonstration of passion in a subject, topic or activity - Any relevant accreditations or study (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Ads or similar) - A demonstration of keeping up to date with industry changes (e.g. reading relevant industry blogs or attending events) SALARY: £22,400 per annum Not ticking all the boxes? This will consist of a group task, speed meets with some of our team and a data task. The day is designed to be fun, inclusive and relaxed and we'll give you plenty of information beforehand to support preparation, including a guide to our LaunchPad programme with assessment day tips. - We’ll aim to provide feedback to all individuals who pass the phone screening stage, whether successful or not.
