The Role
As a Luxury Travel Concierge and Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional travel experiences for our clients. This dynamic position combines the art of personalized travel planning with effective sales coordination. You will act as a key point of contact for clients and our sales team, providing tailored advice and coordinating all aspects of their luxury travel arrangements. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at building relationships, and is passionate about curating extraordinary journeys.
Role Duties
* Serve as a key point of contact for clients ‘after sale’, providing personalised travel advice, concierge services and luxury wellness experiences.
* Enhance client travel experiences by securing exclusive reservations, unique activities, and access to hidden gems tailored to their interests.
* Assisting with administration across our three brands
* Taking Ownership and Management from start to end for customers in destination experience
* Being exceptionally thorough and accurate in checking all client documentation.
* Support the sales team with booking amends and questions when needed
* Create bespoke travel itineraries and accurate confirmation documentation tailored to client preferences, exceeding expectations.
* Proactively identify upselling opportunities to enhance client experiences
* Collaborate with suppliers to secure competitive rates and exceptional services for our clients.
* Resolve client or booking issues professionally and support the sales team with amendments and queries to maintain excellent service levels.
* Maintain accurate records of client preferences, bookings, and interactions in our CRM system.
* Support clients E2E journeys to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
* Manage supplier invoices, verify costs against bookings, and process payments on behalf of the sales team as needed.
* Stay up to date with industry trends, luxury travel destinations, and wellness retreat offerings to provide informed recommendations.
* Attend occasional industry networking events to build supplier relationships, product knowledge and represent the brand.
Requirements
* Two years’ experience in luxury travel
* Amadeus GDS experience preferable
* Passion for luxury travel, wellness, and creating unforgettable client experiences
* Entrepreneurial spirit to think outside of the box and problem solve
* Ambitious, always looking to grow yourself and the company
* Team Player, taking the lead in team meetings and making a valuable input to improve team KPI’s.
* Proactive, continually looking for ways to improve processes and the customer journey.
* Ability to work independently, but enjoys working with people
* Detail oriented, always looking at the finer details to make the difference to a client.
* Proficiency in using CRM tools and booking platforms is a plus
