Training Administrator Our Training Administrator will be responsible for executing overall training, scheduling, collaboration and planning at our Worcester Office. With excellent organizational skills, you, as our training administrator, will act as a central function of the Worcester Team at Compco Fire Systems. Together, we can redefine what’s possible for the future of the Fire Protection Industry. What you’ll Be Doing: Assist in the creation and updating of training materials and resources. Plan, schedule and coordinate training sessions. Liaise closely with managers to ensure clarity of training objectives. Work closely with Trainees to outline expectations. Maintain accurate reports on outcomes and progress. Provide wider administrative support including managing budgets/levy pots and answering queries. Consult with external training providers to ensure the quality of the training programs. What You’ll Need: Must have at least 2 years of experience in an Administration role or similar. Excellent communication and people skills. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently. Strong organizational skills and a high attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. This is an office-based role and would require the successful Training Administrator to attend Monday-Friday at Cleeve House, Malvern Road, Worcester, WR2 4YX.
