Our client is a large regional law firm who, due to natural growth, are looking to add a Legal Project Manager and a Senior Project Manager to their exciting FutureLaw team located in either Bristol, Belfast, Glasgow or Manchester.
The FutureLaw team have been set up to deliver client matters in innovative ways using people, process and technology. The successful candidate(s) will help the firm’s Lawyers to deliver client matters in an efficient manner, on time and on budget.
Duties also include:
1. Developing matter plans, pricing, budgets and timelines
2. Engaging key stakeholders including clients, Partners and other colleagues to deliver the project
3. Assisting Partners with proposals and bids
4. Working with senior LPM colleagues to upskill colleagues
The successful candidate will bring the following:
5. 3 years’ Project Management experience
6. Experience in managing legal projects
7. A Project Management qualification (preference is APM)
8. An understanding of legal matter reporting
9. A law degree or equivalent qualification
10. Strong analytical and project management skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret the client’s business needs and translate them into business/operational requirements
11. A proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
This is a hybrid working role, requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in the office and occasional travel to other offices or client offices.
