Job Description
As an Order to Cash Analyst with Sage, you’ll be part of a dynamic team in the European finance shared service center, focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences through operational expertise. You’ll proactively manage risk, oversee debt and cash management, and contribute to revenue growth while ensuring smooth payment processes. You’ll also take ownership of your development, seek out process improvements, and work collaboratively to meet key performance goals.
In your first 90 days, you'll build knowledge around ledgers, portfolios, and cash collection strategies.
Key Responsibilities
What You'll be Responsible for:
As an OTC Analyst, you'll take ownership of your development by setting personal goals, actively seeking out training, and coaching colleagues to ensure consistent performance. Your responsibilities will include managing ledgers, driving cash collection, and resolving customer queries efficiently to secure payment. You'll also deliver system and process training, identify areas for improvement, and work collaboratively to achieve individual and team targets. You will stay proactive in managing reconciliations, handling stakeholder interactions, and contributing to team meetings—all while maintaining high standards of customer service and adhering to company policies.
