Role: Principal/Associate Electrical Engineer Location: Bristol City Centre Salary: Up to £75k (Negotiable) Overview This Bristol based building-services consultancy pride themselves on delivering award-winning, sustainable designs across a variety of projects. They utilise their experience with 3D simulation modelling, Passivhaus, Sunpath Analysis, BREEAM and thermal modelling to provide a comprehensive service to all their clients regarding energy reduction design. They have completed a huge variety of projects, all of which are geared towards reducing energy consumption. Some of these projects include the decarbonisation of historical buildings, new build Performing arts centre, a variety of educational projects and a new build commercial passivhaus project. Being a small consultancy, they have curated a very relaxed, sociable family environment for all their engineers. They operate on a flexible and hybrid basis with their focus on delivery and quality of work rather than counting hours. They are now looking for a technical focused Electrical engineer to run and manage a team of eletricasl engineers. You'll be working on a mixture of complex award-winning projects betweeen £1mil-£40mil value. These span the heritage,education, healthcare and leisure sectors. This role comes with no set rigid BD targets and freedom to ultilise your current skillset and grow within the business. As an Associate they can offer Salary up to £75k Bonus scheme (1-2 bonuses a year) Clear route to partnership and company shares Opening up your own office down the line Role Ideally you will have: A degree in Engineering or relevant subject (Electrical engineering, building services engineering) BEng/MEng). A keen interest in tackling climate change. Experience running projects as an Electrical Engineer. Ability to liaise with Clients & Contractors. Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, IES (Ideal) Willingness to learn and develop. Eligibility to work within the UK.
