This position will be a business partner for our Head Office teams, helping deliver the Selfridges internal communications strategy. The role will lead on key projects, events and activations to drive engagement and business performance in these areas and beyond. As the Internal Communications Manager, you will: Work closely with key steakholders and leadership teams in creating and delivering innovative and considered communications that drive engagement in the Selfridges Strategy for team members Design and deliver communications plans to ensure company wide as well as store specific initiatives are understood by audiences On occasion be the lead Internal Communications Manager on Selfridges wide projects ensuring team members across the business feel informed, involved and inspired Partner with senior leaders and key stakeholders, offering best practice communications guidance and support Work closely with internal as well as external teams and speakers to create and deliver engaging briefings and events for team members Provide continual feedback and measurement to track progress against clear objectives and milestones Skills and Experience: A brilliant writer, with sound editorial judgement.
