Are you an organised, detail-oriented problem solver with a passion for supply chain management? We’re looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our dynamic team! This is a permanent role where you will be on site 4 days a week and able to work from home 1 day.
What You'll Do
✅ Process commercial and compliance documents for global shipments
✅ Track and report on consignment ETAs, stock concerns, and potential delays
✅ Book and manage deliveries with third-party warehouses and hauliers
✅ Solve operational issues, from late deliveries to damaged stock
✅ Ensure all deliveries meet compliance and paperwork requirements
✅ Monitor risks like industrial action or adverse weather, taking proactive action
✅ Investigate stock discrepancies and support financial reporting
What You’ll Bring
✔️ Experience in purchasing or supply chain
✔️ Degree in Supply Chain Management (or equivalent experience)
✔️ Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
✔️ Excellent communication and IT proficiency (ERP & MS Office)
✔️ Ability to analyse KPIs and drive process improvements
