To prepare, manufacture, assemble and pack food produce in accordance with the product specification and the Company’s standards and procedures regarding Safety, Hygiene, Quality, Quantity and Cost. Morning shift hours: Monday - Thursday / 07:00 - 15:00 Friday / 06:00 - 14:00 Pay: £11.60 per hour Complete role and tasks required in line with all risk assessments and company procedures. Work in a safe manner, without risk to self or others by observing all health & safety rules. Responsible for handling food products, maintaining high personal hygiene standards and observing all company hygiene, quality and housekeeping rules, as laid out in company induction. Ensure equipment and working areas are cleaned to company hygiene standards prior to production run. Comply with ‘Clean As You Go’ at all times. Working as part of the production team to achieve daily targets without detriment to product quality, food and personal safety. Operate machinery in accordance with training and relevant skills. Work as an Operator within all areas of the production process to provide maximum flexibility. Report to Line Optimiser any hazards, defects or near misses. Ensure product / racks / dolavs are labelled at all times, to maintain traceability Ensure all Paperwork is filled in accurately and in a timely manner, for all relevant tasks carried out. Ensure monitoring checks are completed as required. Escalate issues which are impacting production and seek corrective actions / resolutions. Ensure compliance to Hellenic Systems procedures and book as you go. Carry out product change overs and set machines in accordance with company procedures. Carry out all other reasonable management requests on an ad hoc basis.
