About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team through Teaching Personnel. You will play a crucial role in providing tailored support to Year 8 pupils, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide one-on-one and small group support to Year 8 pupils with SEN.
* Assist in the development and implementation of Education Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).
* Work closely with teachers to adapt and deliver engaging lessons.
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
* Monitor and report on student progress.
* Support pupils with physical, emotional, and social needs.
* Promote the development of independent learning skills.
Requirements:
* Experience working with children with SEN, preferably in an educational setting.
* Understanding of various SEN conditions and effective strategies to support them.
* Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Relevant qualifications or training in SEN support (desirable but not essential).
