An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join a reputable organisation.
Job Summary
This role can be full-time or part-time, offering excellent benefits and a salary range of £35,000 - £45,000 FTE. As an Occupational Therapist, you will provide specialist support to children and young people addressing developmental challenges across community settings.
Responsibilities
* Evaluating the needs of children to create customised therapy plans.
* Delivering therapeutic interventions to enhance physical, sensory, and cognitive abilities.
* Working alongside multidisciplinary teams, including educational staff, fellow therapists, and case managers.
* Supporting families to improve their child's developmental progress.
* Maintaining accurate and compliant records as per HCPC standards.
* Travelling to various locations for assessments and therapy provision.
Requirements
* Previously worked as an Occupational Therapist, Occupational Health Therapist, or in a similar role.
* At least 2 years' experience in occupational therapy.
* Experience working with children in a paediatric setting.
* Diploma or Degree in Occupational Therapy.
* HCPC registration.
* Ideally have training in Sensory Integration and qualification in attachment and trauma.
* Full driving licence and own car with business use insurance.
