Job Description:
We are seeking a Finance Business Partner to join our group finance team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality financial advice and analysis to the business through the production, provision, and analysis of daily, weekly and period management information for all costs to gross margin and overhead levels. Through close business partnering across various operational functions, the role will understand and challenge the drivers of performance to continually maximise financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:
* Timely and accurate production of weekly & period management accounts across business units.
* Undertake regular site visits.
* Identify and measure key success drivers & provide variance analysis to operational and commercial teams.
* Develop and progress site/business budgets and forecasts with key stakeholders and ensure commercial and operational reporting include budgetary comparison and commentary.
* Provide financial support to commercial managers on the preparation of product cost / tender processes / performance reviews.
* Monitor and reconcile stock movements across sites whilst ensuring accuracy on ERP system.
* Contribute and provide financial support to ad hoc projects, as required.
* Identify and develop process improvements that can be made.
* As a team provide cover for holidays and sickness, when required.
Essential Skills:
* Part or fully qualified Accountant (ACCA / CIMA / ACA) with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
* A strong understanding of management accounting and business partnering gained within an FMCG environment is beneficial, however not essential.
* Good time management skills, ability to prioritise workload and ability to work to strict reporting deadlines.
* Excellent analytical ability with a good attention to detail.
* Commercial and business awareness.
* Experience of ERP systems.
* Strong level of IT literacy, particularly MS Excel.
