We are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a Payments Systems & Change Analyst to join our Payments team. In this role you’ll get the opportunity to be involved across all stages of our change lifecycle, plan & drive change, and work with a wide range of senior stakeholders both within the Payments Function and across the business as we support the delivery of our Strategy.

As this is a change role, there may be the requirement for some out of hours support when change is being implemented.
About the role
You’ll be a payments subject matter expert, providing input to business analysis, requirement gathering, testing and implementation for cross functional projects and internal change, along with Incident management and BAU change/system upgrade initiatives. You will:
* Collaborate effectively with Delivery teams to enable successful implementation within either a Waterfall or Agile environment providing the bridge between the business and technical solutions delivery.
* Contribute to stakeholder engagement, building and maintaining positive working relationships with external/internal stakeholders to ensure business needs and expectations are met in accordance with agreed service levels, policies & procedures.
* Work on the administration of payments systems and support users of payments systems across the business with ad hoc queries, incident resolution & process improvements.
* Contribute to the effective running of the Payments Change Team, working flexibly, providing ad hoc cover and support to colleagues across the team as required.
About you
We are seeking a candidate with proven experience in managing and driving change initiatives, who is accustomed to handling project work and excels in stakeholder management both internally and externally.
Alongside this, you’ll:
* Have strong experience in testing and delivering change to ensure successful project outcomes.
* Possess excellent adaptability skills with a proven track record of managing a dynamic and ever-changing priority workload.
* The capability to work independently within a wide range of procedures and standards, applying a degree of judgement within set framework.
* Be passionate about influencing, planning, and delivering business change to the highest standard.
* Have an understanding of different payment channels with a working knowledge of financial services payment schemes and the various banking processes and regulations.
