Day to Day of the role: Prepare learning materials and facilitate classroom activities tailored to individual student needs. Support the emotional and physical well-being of pupils, fostering their development and engagement with the world. Adapt to various classroom roles, both indoors and outdoors, to meet the diverse needs of our students. Take on challenges and grow professionally within a supportive environment, utilizing the collective skills and experience of the team. Provide hands-on assistance and supervision, ensuring pupils have the freedom to explore in a safe and supervised setting. Working hours: 08.30 to 15.30 from Monday to Friday (term time only) Required Skills & Qualifications: A responsive and caring approach to supporting children with SEN, particularly Autism. Flexibility to work in a variety of educational settings. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently. Willingness to administer medication.
