Rapier Employment is hiring an experienced Forklift Operator in Northampton. You’ll be responsible for safely operating reach and counterbalance forklifts to load, unload, and move goods.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts to load/unload lorries and move materials.
- Keep accurate inventory records using WMS.
- Inspect and maintain forklifts for safety.
- Assist with shipping, receiving, and heavy lifting.
- Work with the team to improve efficiency.
Requirements
- Forklift experience in a warehouse setting.
- Knowledge of material handling and safety rules.
- Familiarity with WMS is a plus.
- Basic maths and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift heavy items safely.
