Pegasus Material Handling Ltd seeks a highly skilled Business Operations Support Specialist to join their team in Washington, Tyne & Wear.
Salary: The annual salary for this role is between £27,040 and £30,409.00, with opportunities for incremental increases based on experience and training.
About the Role
This exciting opportunity involves working closely with the Administration Manager and Service Support Team to support business operations. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for processing enquiries, monitoring customer care jobs, and creating maintenance agreements.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent administrative skills, including verbal and written communication, negotiation, report writing, and presentations. They will also have a willingness to learn and develop continually, as well as a warm approach to new tasks and responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
* Process sales, hire, rental, parts, or customer care services enquiries and monitor opportunities
* Monitor and process customer care jobs, including assigning engineers' jobs, ordering parts, and liaising with engineering teams
* Create and process maintenance agreements for customers' equipment
* Organize transport for orders and returns
* Support stock management, including stock replenishment and general upkeep of the stores
* Intake deliveries to the depot and organize parts to stock or engineers
* Create and issue customer care quotes and process job invoices and relevant documentation
* Process warranty jobs and supplier warranty credits
* Support company equipment and infrastructure maintenance activities
* Support visitor management while on-site
* Support the approved supplier approval and review process
