Salary: £20,500 - £22,500 per annum
Location: Kings Hill, Kent (Hybrid Working)
Contract: 12-months FTC
Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week

Key Responsibilities
* Provide outstanding customer service via telephone and email.
* Maintain a professional and positive attitude when engaging with clients, customers, and suppliers.
* Resolve customer queries effectively and deliver solutions.
* Accurately update customer records in the internal database.
* Perform general administrative tasks to support the team.
