Software Engineer required to join a Oxfordshire based company developing control software for some of the world's largest telescopes, particle accelerators, and high energy physics projects. Work with leading scientists and engineers on innovative, real-world applications. As Software Engineer responsibilities include: Design, develop, and maintain software for accelerator facilities Work with the EPICS toolkit in a Linux environment Develop software in C++, C, or Python Collaborate with world-class researchers and engineers Travel to client facilities in the UK, Europe, and the USA What You'll Need: A degree in science, engineering, or a related field (Masters/PhD a plus) 2-5 years of experience in scientific/technical software development Strong coding skills in C++, C, or Python (Linux experience required) Passion for physics, astronomy, or engineering Bonus points for experience with real-time software, hardware interaction, or control systems What's in It for You?
