As an Administrator in Master Data you’ll help ensure the right products are available for our Stores at the right time. From liaising with our suppliers to ensure timely payment, to delivering promotional prices for our customers, you’ll develop your administrational experience and nurture your relationship building skills in a supportive team. You’ll enjoy an extremely fast paced role where you’ll see the impact of what you do every day.

What you'll do
1. Maintaining all item and supplier information in our bespoke system
2. Maintaining price changes – ongoing or promotional price changes
3. Communicating with our Regional teams
4. Liaising with internal buying teams
5. Maintaining price ticket information
6. Creating weekly memos to inform our regional offices of all upcoming changes
7. Other ad hoc tasks
What you'll need
8. Confident with mature communication skills
9. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to use own initiative
10. An interest in data quality and accuracy
11. Highly focused and accurate with an uncompromising eye for detail
12. Energetic with a hands-on approach and ‘can do’ attitude
13. A strong multi-tasker with the ability to prioritise conflicting deadlines
14. Ability to accommodate last minute requests with ease and efficiency
15. Confident using Microsoft Office Packages
16. Ability to work well as part of a team
17. German language skills would be beneficial
