Customer Support Technician
Job Type: Full-time
Monday-Thursday 9am-5:30pm and Friday 9am-3pm
Salary: £26,000-£28,000
Work Location: Office based weekly in Crewe.
Our client is looking for a Technical Support Specialist within their customer support team to join their friendly and welcoming office environment.
About You
Confident dealing with customers at a senior level from IT Managers, Directors, and more. In this role, you will provide expert support to business customers, ensuring seamless management of their mobile connections and any other telecommunications needs. Are you someone with exceptional interpersonal skills who thrives in customer service and problem solving? Looking to come away from the call centre environment?
Essential Experience:
1. Previous experience in a customer support role in any industry.
2. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
3. Ability to manage multiple customer queries and prioritise tasks quickly and effectively.
4. Proficiency in using CRM systems and telecom support tools.
5. Able to pick up systems and processes quickly.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Act as the primary point of contact for business customers, handling inquiries related to mobile connections, plans, and services.
2. Assist with new mobile service activations, upgrades, and contract renewals.
3. Troubleshoot and resolve technical and account-related issues efficiently.
4. Manage a pipeline of support tickets and liaise with customers in a timely manner.
5. Provide guidance on the best mobile solutions to suit business needs.
6. Work closely with the internal sales team to ensure customers are set up within agreed time scales.
7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and product developments.
8. Consistently provide excellent customer service and product knowledge.
9. Able to handle a heavy and ever-changing workload.
