Key Account Manager Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure long-term partnerships and continuous contract renewal.
* Create and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales and growth targets.
* Analyse key commercial performances, revenue and KPIs to define growth plans for each of your accounts.
* Convert new business opportunities by identifying new markets and growth areas.
Required Skill Set:
* Mandatory: 5+ years of experience in an Account Management role within Logistics, covering the FMCG sector.
* Essential experience and knowledge in Logistics and Distribution industries.
* Proficiency and knowledge of MS Office, CRM and PowerBi.
* Track record of delivering excellent results – including new business wins, account retention and contract renewal.
* Commercially minded, highly organised with a keen eye for detail.
