We have a new requirement for a support engineer to work for a client of ours.
The Role Will Include
1. Providing face-to-face technical support to users of IT equipment.
2. Maintaining accurate records of all issues with resolution and contact details.
3. Installation and routine maintenance of IT equipment including software.
4. Build or rebuild of IT equipment.
5. Diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults.
6. Moves and changes of IT equipment.
This role has been deemed as Inside of IR35.
