Role Overview: We are hiring in our Marketing team As Head of Marketing, you will lead a team of highly motivated marketing professionals, develop and execute strategic marketing programs to drive awareness, build on the JATO brand and and generate valuable leads to build a strong sales pipeline. Key Responsibilities: Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy and plan that leads with global demand generation. Lead Generation: Implement global lead generation programs and campaigns across various channels, such as email marketing, content marketing, social media, ABM, search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimisation (SEO), and events. Campaign Management: Oversee end-to-end campaign execution with the purpose of maximise lead generation and conversion rates, from planning and segmentation to content development and collation, execution, and analysis. Content Marketing: Accountable for Product Marketing, PR and Content marketing work across the function to support the development of relevant and engaging content across all stages of the buyer's journey. Marketing Analysis: Develop a deep understanding of local market Marketing Analytics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and track the effectiveness of demand generation programs using analytics tools and reporting. Digital Marketing: Working with the Digital team support digital marketing initiatives, including paid advertising campaigns, social media marketing, SEO/SEM strategies, and website optimisation. Team Leadership: Manage a high-performing team of professional marketers across multiple disciplines (Content, Digital, Performance, Campaigns, Product Marketing, PR, Inbound and Design) to ensure a best practice approach from design to execution to lead handover. Key Requirements: Experience leading a marketing team/function in a B2B data or insight subscription business. Strong experience and track record of successful lead generation activities through different channels. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to work to ambitious commercial targets. Excellent collaboration skills with key functions outside of Marketing to create alignment and success. Excellent understanding of how to analyse and optimise conversion rates across the marketing and sales funnel. Previous experience working across multiple channels, including event marketing, content marketing, and digital. Solid understanding of SEO principles, content optimisation, and keyword research. Working knowledge of D365, and platforms such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, and other relevant tools.
