An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the expanding, innovative administration team for the MSK CSS / IPASS / BLIS services, in the role of Administration Lead Officer. The post is on a permanent band 4 contract (25.5 hrs), based at our Finchampstead clinic, just outside of Wokingham. We are currently offering flexible home and office working. We are looking for someone who is approachable, with a warm personality, great leadership, and people skills to join our team.

The role of an MSK CSS / IPASS / BLIS Administration Lead Officer is one which gives continuous support to the services' Management Team, a team of band 3 administrators and our clinical staff. Good and effective teamwork throughout is a vital part of what encompasses these community services.
Main duties of the job
1. To oversee the day to day leadership of a team of administrators and work cohesively with the other Lead Officers.
2. To support the Administration Manager and deputise in her absence.
3. To use electronic patient booking systems, including E-Referrals and RIO to help facilitate an efficient referral and booking process.
4. To use and support with applications such as EPRO, our electronic system used for clinic letter processes and Webex our flexible telephone system.
5. To be an accessible and central point of contact for service users, including patients and GP's.
6. Take responsibility for assigning caseloads / task management.
7. Demonstrate clear and concise methods of communication as you will be dealing with a variety of referral and patient related queries.

* Educated to 'A' level standard and with GCSEs in at least four subjects including English, Maths, or equivalent qualifications.
* Customer Care.
Previous Experience
* Experience of handling confidential and sensitive data.
