An opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Audit Administrative Assistant to join the Stockport NHS FT clinical audit team. The team supports clinical and non-clinical teams within the Trust with the facilitation of clinical audits, projects and with the development and supply of health care documents. The post supports team members with diary management, consumable ordering, attendance recording, arranging meetings, booking rooms, coordinating and taking minutes at various meetings, the retrieval and distribution of case notes to and from departments or located in the Evolve system. Data input, updates to documents templates and printing clinical documentation. Speed and accuracy are both required for this role. An assistant may be required to be responsible for one of the work areas but will be trained on other aspects to allow for cover & flexibility within the team.
