The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Wealth Planner and duties will include:
* Ensure accurate client records are maintained
* Diary management
* Submission and processing new business
* Meet and greet visitors
* Being the main point of contact for all incoming telephone calls
* Mailbox and Post management
* Able to produce interim client portfolio valuations as and when required
What do we need from you?
* Previous experience working in financial planning
* Good knowledge of pensions and investments
* Strong communication skills
* Good knowledge of Excel
