Location: Field Based covering CH, CW, IM, L, WA and WN postcodes Reporting to: Area Director Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 £15,000 OTE & company car The role To effectively manage a designated number of New Homes and Developer accounts to achieve individual revenue goals through existing business and converting new business opportunities, contributing to the overall delivery of commercial targets. What you’ll be doing Consistently achieving monthly individual sales revenue and activity targets through outstanding sales and negotiation. Actively hunt and convert new business prospects in your region Maintain and consistently grow business in the area. Interpret data in review meetings to help customers understand their business and market. Design and implement bespoke marketing strategies for your clients using our full range of solutions. Create and deliver strategic account plans to grow revenue in your patch. Deliver first-class account management with regular reviews and feedback. Take responsibility for self-development and team collaboration. Act as a positive role model and ambassador of Rightmove values Present to large groups as needed. Coordinate with internal support functions for to resolve customer queries and disputes, including aged debt and invoice issues. Manage day-to-day relationships with external parties.
