What You’ll Do: Act as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless journey from initial contact to resolution. Manage and coordinate aftercare services, liaising with internal teams and contractors to address customer queries efficiently. Maintain accurate records of interactions, ensuring the customer database is up to date. Ensure all service requests are resolved within agreed timelines while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels. What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within property development, construction, or a similar industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle queries professionally and empathetically. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in MS Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
