We are looking for an Production Supervisor to help us sustain and grow an operation of excellence. You will manage a small team of operatives to deliver department performance productivity, packing quality & accuracy and on time delivery. As a Supervisor, your main responsibilities will include:
* Support the set up of the shift, including covering the release of daily orders when needed
* Manage the team of operatives to fill, pack and ship at the required productivity level with accuracy and quality at the forefront of the mind
* Motivate all operatives to achieve the targets set
* Ensuring quality and site standards are maintained to the highest level
* Opening and Closing of the building
* To manage returns
* To complete training of new operatives and the knowledge of onboarding and offboarding if cover is needed
* Managing departmental deadlines on a daily basis
Strong people skills, ability to motivate and complete the task in hand with your team
* Manage multiple tasks at once
* Work to deadlines, enthusiastic and used to a fast paced environment
* Previous warehouse or production experience is desirable, but not essential
* Ability to use a computer to complete tasks
* Strong sense of team working and commitment to our company values
* A positive, get up and go attitude at all times

Shift pattern will be Monday - Friday 9:30am - 5:30pm with a 30 minute unpaid lunch break - 37.5 hour working week,
