Role: IT Support Engineer
Location: Preston, Lancashire
Salary: £26,000 - £32,000 DOE
We are looking for an enthusiastic 1 st /2 nd Line IT Engineer to join our clients growing team in Preston. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to internal users. From handling day-to-day support requests to getting involved in project work and system improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
* Be the first point of contact for staff with technical issues
* Be willing to help out and contribute to the build of hardware
* Respond to queries via phone, email and other channels
* Diagnose technical issues and provide solutions
* Provide customer service and liaise with other departments
Skills and Requirements:
* Able to support users at a 1 st /2 nd line base
* Good knowledge of computer hardware and software
* Experience with Windows and/or Mac operating systems
* Laptop, PC, printer support/troubleshooting
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Office 365, Intune, Active Directory, Servers, Security
* Driving Licence and own vehicle
