KCR Solutions are delighted to be working with a forward-thinking organisation in their search for a Management Accountant. Based in Gateshead, you will be employed on a 9-month contract and your duties will be as follows: Responsible for the preparation and presentation of the management accounts Preparation of financial reports to support decision making Cost and variance analysis and year end predictions Providing financial advice to support strategic planning Carrying out research and preparing financial reports Assisting in the management, control and monitoring of the financial resources Collaborating with other departments to gather financial data Liaising with other managers and answering queries Assisting in the development, operation and maintenance of financial systems Training and supporting the finance team You will have worked in a similar role previously and will be AAT qualified as a minimum. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and will be confident in providing financial advice. Excellent IT skills are essential. The company offer hybrid/remote working.
