Key Responsibilities:
* Providing great service to customers, responding to their queries, and championing Co-op products and Membership.
* Working collaboratively with colleagues to solve problems and deliver a positive shopping experience.
* Maintaining the store's safety and legality by ensuring prices are correct, dates are up-to-date, and temperatures are within limits.
* Supporting the introduction of new products and services, making changes feel natural, and sharing experiences with colleagues.
* Getting involved in local community activities and events.
