Your exceptional written and verbal communication skills will be utilised as you write and deliver bespoke training workshops.
You’ll build meaningful relationships through 121 coaching – aligning with each consultant to help them to achieve their goals.
You’ll manage stakeholders across the entire business – providing vital insight into consultant performance and making suggestions to improve results.
You’ll also play a significant role in the roll out of all Learning and Development initiatives and projects.

On any given day you could be undertaking the following responsibilities…
* Training Programme Delivery: Deliver existing bespoke Hunter Philips sales training – including classroom based induction, trainee onboarding and the HP A-Z sales training programme to get consultants up and running.
* 121 Performance Coaching: Partner with consultants to identify blind spots and performance gaps. Support them in reaching their goals and overcoming their challenges. Help close deals, write pitches and overcome limiting beliefs.
