Anderson Knight is hiring an Administrator on a 4 Month FTC for our client based in Glasgow.
The Final Balance Support Administrator will assist the Recoveries team with general administrative tasks, including data entry, updating the internal case management system, and managing mailbox updates.
All tasks will be carried out in alignment with business standards and expectations.
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
Salary: £23,000
Key Responsibilities:
•\tAssisting the team with administrative tasks, including routine and new data entry updates.
•\tUpdating the case management system and Excel trackers with accurate information collected from internal and external sources.
•\tReconciling data outputs daily.
•\tConducting trace investigations using multiple digital channels.
•\tPerforming regular data backups to prevent loss.
•\tEnsuring case management details are accurately aligned with the appropriate campaign to support outbound strategy execution.
•\tReviewing data for errors or missing information and resolving discrepancies before submission to management.
•\tGenerating reports as needed.
Required Skills & Experience:
•\tProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
•\tStrong written and verbal communication skills.
•\tExcellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively.
•\tExperience handling customer enquiries in both written and verbal formats.
