We are looking for a Procurement & Stock Specialist to join the team at Clinical Health Technologies Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall procurement process and ensuring strategic implementation in line with client timelines. You will develop key relationships between business stakeholders and ensure procurement objectives are delivered. The successful candidate will be responsible for the Company’s stock ordering and updating pricing spreadsheets, purchase files and stock parameters.

Key Accountabilities:
* Support and drive effective procurement savings, managing, and maintaining supplier accounts
* Collaborate with internal teams to support international and national client portfolios
* Supply accurate information to the Finance Team to ensure precise customer and supplier invoicing
* Working closely with dispatch regarding lead times, deliveries, and courier requirements
* Actively monitor and evaluate vendor delivery performance and product quality in line with contractual agreements
* Manage import, export, and customs processes, coordinating with suppliers and freight operations to ensure timely delivery
* Act as the primary point of contact for energy providers to negotiate and evaluate pricing structures
Procurement
* Development and ownership of procurement control schedules
* Contributing to regular meetings, co-ordinate with internal teams and ensure that procurement activities are delivered against programme and budget
* Acting as a source of support and credible procurement expertise and market knowledge for both pre-contract and delivery teams, co-ordinating with material and plant buyers and supporting wider Group procurement activities
* Accurately enter and upload data into the Odoo ERP system, ensuring completeness and consistency
Regulatory & Finance
* Undertake evaluations of 'best value', negotiation of terms and conditions, and securing relevant approvals
* Ensure process compliance and seek opportunities for improvement as appropriate
* Proactively mitigate the supply risk; lead the corrective and preventive action plan process
* Handle foreign currency payments, duties, and taxes for imported and exported goods
* Assist in the preparation of commercial invoices for overseas sales
* Track and report on import/export metrics including; cost, quality and delivery
* Stay updated on international trade laws, tariffs, and trade policy changes to minimise risk and ensure compliance
Person Specification:
Experience
* Previous experience in fast-paced high-profile projects in the procurement space
* Experience in procurement, category management and/or contract management delivery
* Previous experience in a procurement role essential
* Relevant experience to proactively manage and mitigate risk
Skills & Abilities
* Confident ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders
* Confident with taking control and working independently
* An ability to assess risk in procurement and vendor relationships
* Excellent organisational skills
* First class oral and written communicator
Knowledge
* Knowledge of a range of commercial and contracting models
* Working knowledge of contract law, and familiarity with standard contract terms is desirable
