Position: SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Newham

Contract: Full-Time / Permanent
Salary: £102 - £115 per day (Dependent on experience)
We are looking for an enthusiastic and patient SEN Teaching Assistant who:
Has experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), including autism, speech and language difficulties, and complex learning needs.
Is confident working across primary and secondary age groups in a specialist setting.
Can build strong relationships with students, providing tailored support to help them access learning.
Works well as part of a team, collaborating with teachers, therapists, and support staff.
Has excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to supporting student development.
Your Responsibilities:
Provide one-to-one and small group support, adapting learning materials to meet individual needs.
Assist in implementing EHCP targets and behaviour support strategies.
Support students in developing communication, independence, and life skills.
Work closely with teachers and therapists to ensure consistent and effective support.
Help create a positive, structured, and engaging learning environment.
