Support the Marketing efforts of our Healthcare Company:
Monitor and manage email inboxes.
Communicate with clients and employees of the business.
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all reporting.
Organise the repository of data kept by the business as you undertake marketing projects.
Coordinate the collection of necessary documentation for audits, follow up on any corrective actions, support HR with compliance and keep record of this.
Provide administrative support to the service, including data entry, filing, and documentation management.
Support the property management sister company in handling bookings, guests, property portfolios online and maintaining the condition of the properties.
The aim to make effective use of resources, reduce duplication and ensure that care plans, staff matrix, staff training platform and bid sits are effectively and safely managed through the system, and monitored.
Support the acquisition of new business through bids, tender submissions, social media and traditional marketing.
To ensure enquiries received are answered in a timely manner.
Help to keep areas of the business clean and tidy.
Person Specification:
Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
Have a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Be willing to adapt to business needs as they arise.
Be dynamic and open to playing an important role in the business, requiring open-mindedness and versatility to do so.
Experience in marketing/admin/property management ideal.
