Have experience dealing with vulnerable or elderly customers? Want to workfor a leading financial company?\n\nI am recruiting on behalf of a leading financial services client who are looking to grow their customer service team!\n\nWhat will you be doing?\n* Provide outstanding customer service through inbound calls\n* Respond to customer inquiries regarding transactions and financial products\n* Offer guidance and information on account features, terms, and services\n* Assist customers with managing their accounts, including balance inquiries, transactions, payments, and fraud-related issues\n* Resolving any customer complaints effectively, ensuring a positive resolution in line with company policies\n* Ensure that empathy & compassion are used when dealing with particularly difficult situations such as bereavements\n* Process account changes for customers including address updates, card replacements, and beneficiary changes\n* Ensure customer records are accurate & held correctly in line with requirements\n\nWhat do you need to apply?\n* Proven experience dealing with vulnerable customers\n* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal\n* Experience within financial services would be desirable\n\nMust be able to pass a credit and DBS check to apply!\n\nSearch is an equal opportunities recruiter and we welcome applications from all suitably skilled or qualified applicants, regardless of their race, sex, disability, religion/beliefs, sexual orientation or age
