Job Purpose
* Support the Water Demand Reporting team by helping to lead, develop, and manage the team's direction for demand and leakage reporting related activities across the Water Demand team.
* Develop policies and strategies that support the Water Demand Reporting team, improve reporting, create value, and support long-term stewardship for water network assets.
* Help integrate leakage reporting into wider Wholesale plans such as the drought plan, WRMP, and the PR24 business plan submission.
* Support the Reporting Manager by helping produce timely and accurate reporting, deliver valuable insights, and accompanying narrative to the Water Demand team.
Accountabilities & Responsibilities
* Collect, process and analyse data from multiple sources to support accurate and timely reporting on Leakage, operability, pressure and maintenance.
* Work closely with the Water Demand, Leakage Strategy and Insights teams to ensure data accuracy and drive corrective actions.
* Act as a subject matter expert in WRIMS and Work Management Systems, ensuring compliance with performance commitments and audit requirements.
* Contribute to the development of reporting mechanisms, support national meeting preparations and assist with business initiatives and R&D investigations.
* Help identify data validation improvements, support corporate reporting systems and deliver regulatory reporting requirements across functional areas.
