Are you highly organised? Can you provide a high standard of customer service? We are looking for a part time Receptionist / Administrator to join Buckinghamshire College Group, based at our Flackwell Heath Campus (working days are Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday).
Flackwell Heath Campus is a busy campus, which means a busy reception, and we are looking for a highly organised and confident individual who will be able to work alongside a busy team and work well alone. Our reception areas are the first stop for visitors to our campus, and we want them to feel welcomed and respected.
As a Receptionist / Administrator, the successful candidate will:
* Provide an enthusiastic, professional and warm welcome to all visitors, students, staff and contractors.
* Manage a wide range of reception and administrative duties including answering the switchboard.
* Work closely with the Estates and Security Team.
