Milton Keynes College Group is seeking an inspirational leader to drive strategic initiatives that enhance the student experience. You will ensure the delivery of exceptional education across the College, fostering a culture of inclusivity, continuous improvement, and innovation. You will create and drive a Quality Strategy across all aspects, including Study Programmes, Adult, Higher Education, Apprenticeships, Prison Services, and Commercial provisions. Our purpose is to deliver exceptional learning experiences that transform lives. You will need the ability to drive and manage change, encourage innovation and creativity, and continually develop outstanding practice.
