We are seeking an exceptional, experienced leader to join our newly reformed senior leadership team in Falkirk. The successful candidate will lead the Partnership’s Strategy and Transformation activity, one of the four refreshed portfolio areas.
The Partnership is on an ambitious journey of change to ensuring we can deliver the best possible care and support for people in Falkirk, while addressing the complex challenges currently facing health and social care services.
The successful candidate will join the Senior Leadership Team and uphold our leadership principles to:
* Take a one team approach, based on integrity and compassionate leadership;
* Bring together the right people and information to make safe, timely, and successful decisions;
* Provide clear roles and lines of responsibility, accountability, and delegated authority;
* Ensure financial responsibility and accountability is everyone’s role;
* Support a whole-system approach, centred around people in our communities.
As Head of Strategic Planning and Transformation, you will be responsible for:
* Primary care
* Health improvement
* Strategic planning
* Policy and performance
* Equalities and Human Rights
* Our approach to funding and grants
* Technology enabled care
* Moving forward our ambitious transformation programme.
