If yes, we are looking for a Scrum Master to join our team in Gloucester, with hybrid working between home and office to suit your routine. This is a key role in our journey to build technologies across our Bespoke Platform and across the business, and you will be working within our Continuous Improvement Team and at Programme level, using the Scrum Framework. In this role, you will Scrum Master a team of Developers and Testers. Delivery is also key in this role, and you will be driving the Delivery process for the team, working alongside Product Owners, System Analysts, Infrastructure, Development and Testing teams, internally and with external suppliers. Identify and lead opportunities to improve current methods, practices and processes Working in collaboration with the wider systems development and system test teams to ensure successful completion and implementation of changes Able to balance the demands of coaching Team Agility, Scrum Best Practice and Empowerment with the need to drive outstanding and sustainable individual and team performance, results and outcomes.
